Nazzal Islamabad Girls Hostel

  1. Students are allowed to occupy only the rooms allotted No change is Permissible without the consent of management.
  2. Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. Hostel management will not be responsible for any loss.
  3. Students must deposit monthly rent before 5th day of every month 500 Fine per Day will be charged afterwards.
  4. Rent is based on monthly basis whatever the date of check inn or check out. From 1st of every month to 31st. Rent will not be charged on the basis of day’s student spent in hostel.
  5. Monthly rent once paid is not refundable and will be considered for whole month. What so ever the reason is for leaving.
  6. No guests are allowed without intimating management and stays are strictly prohibited without management consent Guests will be charged separately (500 without food 800 with food) and guests without ID card are not allowed.
  7. No one is allowed to take food in rooms and no food items will be served after time limitations.
  8. Any type of drugs smoking and drinks are strictly prohibited in hostel premises.
  9. No one is allowed to misbehave with the workers of the hostel. For any complaint contact the office.
  10. At least one month prior notice in writing is compulsory before leaving hostel for 100% refund of security deposit.
  11. Management has reserved the right to change any placement at any time.
  12. Management is not responsible for any type of Police case, injury, fight and Suicide.
  13. Students are not allowed to stay out of hostel after 12 midnight.
